What warranty is provided with this item?
We Offer 3 Days Check Warranty Only. Customers must thoroughly inspect and test the accessory within 3 days (72 hours) of parcel delivery. Any genuine technical or functional defect must be reported to our WhatsApp support team within this 3-day window.
Can I get a refund or exchange?
No Refund. Exchange can be made only for certain circumstances. If the delivered product is genuinely defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, we will promptly process an exchange for an identical or equivalent replacement. Change of mind is not accepted.
Who pays for the courier fee if I need to return an item?
The Customer has to Return parcel with their own money & courier. If a replacement or exchange is approved under our 3 Days Check Warranty, the return courier expense is borne by the customer, and MTA ships the tested replacement back to your doorstep.
How many days does delivery take across Pakistan?
Local Multan deliveries usually take 24 to 48 hours. Nationwide shipments to Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, and other cities take 2 to 4 working days via premier courier partners (Trax, Call Courier, Leopards, M&P).
