2. All returning customers receive Free Delivery on their second order, matched automatically by your phone number.

Yes! Customers in Multan are welcome to pick up their orders directly at: Al-Quresh Phase 3, Sher Shah Road, Multan, Punjab, Pakistan. Direct pickup has zero delivery charges.

We Offer 3 Days Check Warranty Only. Customers must inspect and test their accessory within 72 hours of receiving it. If there is any genuine technical issue, report it to our WhatsApp support line (0307-0655275).

No Refund, Exchange can be made only for certain circumstances. We do not issue cash refunds or support change of mind returns. If an item has an intrinsic hardware defect covered under the 3-day warranty, an exchange for a replacement unit will be arranged.

The Customer has to Return parcel with their own money & courier. You are required to dispatch the item securely using any registered courier to our Multan warehouse at your own expense.
